Lose weight quickly with non-processed foods

If you want to accelerate your weight loss, try switching to non-processed naturals foods!  I lost 10lb in just a week and a half by eating brown rice (instead of white), Whole wheat pasta, natural peanut butter (only peanuts! I chose Kraft for taste), fruits and vegetables, eggs and 12 grain bread, a variety of nuts, grilled chicken and salad (with dressing on the side) and 2 scoops of Allmax Protein powder with water (each day). Not only did I lose weight, I feel amazing and have more energy and mental focus!

When you change the things you eat you need to give yourself some time to adjust and get used to the new diet.  Expect it and give yourself about a week to adjust.  After that you’ll find you get into the habit of eating well!  The list of what I’ve been eating doesn’t include everything, I have a glass of wine a couple nights and 1 beer a couple of nights too.  But now I am focused on the results and when you see results, you want to keep doing what your doing!!! Breaking Food Patterns
